Each PowerPlant is prepared and packaged with care before it leaves Phoenix.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping timelines vary by location and carrier and may take one week or more.

Once your order is in transit, PowerPlants is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by natural events. Shipping delays are not a basis for a refund

Every piece is thoughtfully secured to protect both plant and crystal. Due to the nature of living plants and natural materials, slight movement or shifting during transit may occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. PowerPlants is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
