At PowerPlants, each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. Because of the nature of live plants and natural crystals, we keep our policy simple and fair.
All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please email PowerPlantsAZ@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Damage
We carefully package every order, but once it leaves our hands, shipping carriers are responsible.
We will still work with you t make it right if something arrives damaged-just reach out within 48 hours.
Plant Care Responsibility
Once your PowerPlant is delivered, ongoing care is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care, lighting, or watering.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.
If anything feels off, just reach out. We want you to love your PowerPlant.
